Nexus Platform Enhancements

The Nexus platform underwent major user experience and functionality improvements, particularly in portfolio visibility and overall platform usability.

Portfolio Experience Revamp

A complete revamp of the portfolio experience was delivered, providing users with a more intuitive and structured view of their investments. Enhancements improve clarity around asset holdings and streamline navigation across investment data.

Veriff Implementation KYC verification is handled through integration with Veriff

UI & Experience Improvements

Key improvements were implemented across:

  • Home page
  • Portfolio
  • Marketplace
  • Property detail pages

These updates enhance usability, visual consistency, and overall user interaction across the platform.

User Access Control Enhancements : Administrative functionality was extended to allow selective enabling of list view access for specific user accounts, improving operational flexibility and user management capabilities.

Identity Verification Integration : Integration with Veriff was completed, enabling secure and compliant user verification. This strengthens onboarding processes and aligns the platform with regulatory requirements.

Lending & Borrowing Integration (In Progress) : Initial integration work for lending and borrowing functionality within the Nexus platform is currently underway, marking a key step toward expanding financial services within the ecosystem.

Yield & DeFi Infrastructure

DEX & Farming Enhancements : Improvements were made across both user-facing and administrative interfaces of the DEX and farming systems.

Reward Calculation Enhancements : Reward calculation mechanisms were refined to ensure improved accuracy and consistency across farming pools.

UI Improvements : User interface updates were implemented to provide clearer visibility into rewards, participation, and yield performance, enhancing overall usability of DeFi features.

Backend & Infrastructure Development

March focused heavily on strengthening backend reliability, monitoring systems, and operational controls.

Nexus & Staking Integration – Phase 2 : The second phase of Nexus and Staking integration was initiated, with a focus on staking data model alignment. This ensures better consistency and synchronization of staking-related data across services.

Transaction & Explorer Optimization : Significant optimizations were made to transaction handling and Explorer endpoints, improving performance, reducing latency, and enhancing the overall responsiveness of on-chain data retrieval.

Telegram Monitoring & Notification Enhancements : Telegram-based monitoring systems were further enhanced to improve visibility into system events and operational alerts. Updates include:

  • Staking application notifications
  • Critical alert improvements
  • General enhancements for monitoring reliability

Reward Calculation Systems : Daily reward calculation logic for the Propbase DEX was successfully implemented, ensuring accurate and consistent yield distribution.

Operational Controls & Security Enhancements : Several important control mechanisms were introduced:

  • Sign-up count restriction added to the API
  • Implementation of a kill switch for sign-ups
  • Hourly sign-up tracking with alert systems

These improvements enhance platform security, control user growth, and provide better operational oversight.

Infrastructure & Data Improvements :

  • Production staking database migration completed
  • Backend API improvements for home, portfolio, marketplace, and property detail pages
  • Bridge liquidity alert email system updated

Veriff Integration : Veriff integration was also completed at the backend level, ensuring seamless coordination between frontend and backend verification processes.

Blockchain Development

Propbase Lend

March marked a transition from research to active development for the Propbase Lend protocol.

Research & Architecture Finalization : Initial research and architectural discussions were completed, and the core functionalities of the Propbase Lend protocol were finalized.

Product & UI Alignment : Detailed UI requirements for the lending platform were defined and shared with the frontend team, ensuring alignment between product design and technical implementation.

Development Progress : Development of the Propbase Lend protocol is now actively in progress, representing a major step toward introducing lending and borrowing capabilities within the ecosystem.

March’s development cycle focused on enhancing user experience, strengthening backend systems, and initiating the next phase of financial infrastructure through Propbase Lend.

With the portfolio revamp completed, Veriff integration implemented, transaction systems optimized, and lending development underway, the platform continues to mature into a more robust and scalable real-world asset investment ecosystem.
