  • Automatic Rental Income Reinvestment

A new automatic rental income reinvestment experience was introduced, allowing investors to automatically reinvest rental earnings back into the same property instead of manually claiming and reinvesting funds. Investors can enable the feature directly from each property's page, provide approval once, and choose whether reinvestments occur weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

The experience was designed to remain flexible, allowing investors to adjust the reinvestment schedule or disable the feature at any time. Additional interface improvements ensure users receive clear guidance throughout the process, including informative messaging when approvals are cancelled or when automatic reinvestment is turned off.

  • Intelligent Investor Onboarding

The reinvestment feature was integrated naturally into the investment journey. After an investor successfully commits a property to earn rental income, they are offered the option to enable automatic reinvestment immediately. The prompt is only displayed after the commitment has been successfully completed, creating a seamless onboarding experience while avoiding unnecessary repeat prompts for investors who choose not to enable the feature.

  • Enhanced Reinvestment Tracking

Investors now have comprehensive visibility into their automatic reinvestment activity through detailed transaction history and portfolio insights. Individual reinvestments can be reviewed with precise transaction amounts, execution dates, and independent transaction references.

Portfolio summaries now aggregate reinvestment activity across all owned properties, while empty states clearly communicate when no reinvestments have occurred instead of displaying misleading placeholder information.

  • Improved Transaction Display Accuracy

Transaction history now presents very small monetary values with greater precision, ensuring that micro-value reinvestments remain visible instead of appearing as zero-value transactions. Extremely small amounts are now clearly identified rather than hidden, while automatic reinvestments receive dedicated transaction labels to improve transaction history readability.

  • Simplified PROPS Token Purchasing

The PROPS purchasing experience was streamlined across both the investor platform and the staking application. The purchasing interface now prioritizes the native Propbase DEX while removing external exchange options, creating a more focused and integrated buying experience. Supporting website content, including homepage navigation and FAQ documentation, was updated to reflect the new purchasing flow.

  • Property Page Performance Improvements

Performance issues affecting property detail pages and investment dialogs were resolved by eliminating unnecessary repeated data requests. These optimizations significantly improve page responsiveness while reducing unnecessary backend load.

Backend & Infrastructure Development

  • Automatic Reinvestment Infrastructure

Comprehensive backend infrastructure was developed to power the automatic rental income reinvestment system. The platform now securely manages investor enrollment, validates ownership and authorization, schedules recurring reinvestments, and executes transactions according to each investor's selected schedule.

Reinvestment timing is now calculated from the most recently successful execution, ensuring schedules remain accurate even when earlier attempts encounter temporary issues. Every completed reinvestment is fully integrated into the standard transaction history using its actual execution time for accurate investor reporting.

Later enhancements further improved reliability by increasing tolerance for market price movements, introducing automatic retry mechanisms for temporary failures, and increasing execution frequency to improve overall completion rates.

  • Transaction Processing Reliability

Significant improvements were made to blockchain transaction monitoring and confirmation services. The transaction processing pipeline now better manages concurrent processing, avoids overlapping confirmation attempts, handles temporary blockchain connectivity issues more gracefully, and improves recovery from partial processing failures.

These enhancements substantially reduce the likelihood of completed blockchain transactions appearing as pending within the platform while improving the overall resilience of transaction synchronization.

  • Property Purchase Synchronization

A critical issue affecting certain early-access property purchases was resolved. Under specific conditions, newly purchased properties were not appearing within investor portfolios despite successful transactions. Improvements to purchase synchronization logic now ensure completed property purchases are consistently reflected across the platform.

  • Investment Record Accuracy

Backend improvements resolved a data consistency issue where concurrent updates could overwrite committed investment records, causing incorrect committed amounts to be displayed for investors. Updated synchronization logic now preserves investment data correctly, ensuring portfolio balances and committed amounts remain accurate across all investment activities.

Blockchain Development

Major progress was made across Propbase Lend, Auto Reinvest, and Nova infrastructure during this development cycle. Development efforts focused on expanding lending research, delivering the on-chain foundation for automatic rental income reinvestment, strengthening protocol-level safety mechanisms, and improving blockchain transaction reliability. These enhancements continue to advance the Propbase ecosystem toward greater automation, scalability, and production readiness.

Propbase Lend

Development continued on the Propbase Lend protocol, with research and foundational blockchain enhancements supporting future lending capabilities.

  • Singular Pool Research

Research and feasibility analysis continued for the proposed singular pool lending model. The objective is to evaluate the architecture, efficiency, and scalability of a unified liquidity pool that can support future lending operations while simplifying protocol management and improving capital utilization.

Auto Reinvest

Significant blockchain development was completed to support the launch of automatic rental income reinvestment, delivering the underlying smart contract infrastructure required for secure and fully automated on-chain execution.

  • On-Chain Reinvestment Infrastructure

A complete on-chain opt-in registry was implemented, allowing investors to securely enable or disable automatic reinvestment while providing efficient retrieval of participating users for scheduled processing. Smart contract functionality was also expanded to allow rental yield claims and staking operations to be executed on behalf of participating investors, enabling a seamless automated reinvestment workflow.

  • Automated Reinvestment Orchestration

Core orchestration logic was implemented to execute the full reinvestment lifecycle as a single on-chain operation. Rental yield claims, token swaps, and staking transactions are now processed atomically, ensuring consistency throughout the reinvestment process while generating individual events for each participating investor. Additional membership-related contract functionality was also implemented to support the broader automation framework.

  • Protocol Safety & Validation

Multiple protocol-level safeguards were introduced to improve operational security and reliability. These include configurable slippage protection, minimum execution intervals for each participating investor, default activation controls, and additional token standard validation to ensure consistency across supported ecosystem assets.

  • Testing & Production Readiness

Comprehensive testing of the Auto Reinvest smart contracts continued throughout the month, with overall test coverage reaching approximately 84%. Production documentation and deployment preparation also progressed, supporting the feature's transition toward production release.

Blockchain infrastructure improvements were delivered to strengthen transaction reliability within the Nova ecosystem.

  • Liquidity & Swap Transaction Reliability

Transaction handling for liquidity provisioning and token swap operations was enhanced by dynamically calculating and assigning gas limits during execution. These improvements significantly reduce transaction failures caused by insufficient gas allocation, resulting in more reliable liquidity management and swap execution across the protocol.
