View functions are fully completed, while simulation and transaction handling logic have been successfully integrated. This significantly improves uptime and reduces dependency risks.

• New Portfolio Experience : A redesigned user Portfolio view was introduced, providing clearer Property & Investment Composition insights. Users now benefit from improved asset allocation visibility and better investment tracking.

• Pool Management Improvements : Pool management logic has been enhanced for smoother performance and improved usability, strengthening staking and liquidity workflows.
• Bonus Banner Updates : Updated bonus banners improve visibility of active incentives and ongoing programs within the platform.
• Transaction Table Optimization – In Progress : Transaction history performance and rendering are being refined to ensure smooth scalability and faster data loading.
• Enhanced Admin Portfolio Dashboard : The Admin Portfolio Dashboard has been upgraded to include Liquidity Pool holdings and wallet-level totals. Blockchain integrations, API layers, and core logic are completed, enabling more accurate treasury and liquidity tracking.

Yield & DEX Development

• DEX Improvements & Swap Stability : Major improvements were implemented in swap execution, transaction reliability, and error handling. These updates ensure a smoother decentralized trading experience.
• DEX Farming – In Progress : Backend database modeling and CRUD APIs for farming pools have been implemented, laying the infrastructure for yield farming within the Propbase ecosystem.

Backend & Infrastructure Enhancements

• Nexus & Staking Integration – In Progress : Integration between Nexus and Staking applications is progressing to ensure tighter synchronization of staking actions and portfolio updates.

• Multi-RPC Backend Infrastructure : Dynamic handling of multiple RPC endpoints with automatic fallback has been introduced at the backend level. This removes Aptos client dependency from the frontend and centralizes blockchain reliability management.

• Telegram Bot Notification System : Automated Telegram notifications were integrated to monitor key blockchain and platform events in real time.
• Write-to-Blockchain API : A secure backend API for blockchain write transactions has been implemented, improving transaction validation and execution handling.
• Mobile API Updates & Deployment : Mobile APIs were updated and deployed to support the new portfolio design, membership module, and property-level investment actions.
• Wallet Ownership Validation Fix : A security issue that allowed cross-user wallet connection during validation failure was identified and resolved, strengthening wallet-level integrity.
• Staking Calculation Optimization : Yield and staking calculations were optimized for improved accuracy and performance.
• Yield Socket Delay Resolution : Socket response delays experienced with the Bitget wallet were addressed, significantly improving responsiveness for yield-related updates.

Blockchain Progress

• Propbase Farming : January marked a major milestone for Propbase Farming as we finalized the smart contract layer and prepared it for audit readiness.
• Contract Testing Completed : All core smart contract flows for Propbase Farming have been fully tested.
• Test Coverage at 95.63% : Automated test coverage reached 95.63%, ensuring high reliability, security, and predictable contract behavior under various scenarios.
• UI/UX Review Completed : The Farming interface has undergone a full UI/UX review to ensure clarity, usability, and alignment with Propbase design standards.
• Audit Documentation & Architecture Diagrams Completed : Comprehensive documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications have been prepared for audit review, ensuring transparency and readiness for external security validation.
• Contract Optimization Completed : Smart contract optimizations were implemented to improve gas efficiency, execution performance, and structural clarity.This positions Propbase Farming for the next phase: audit, frontend integration completion, and ecosystem launch.

Property-Level Investment Actions

The Property Detail screen now supports:

• Unstaking with proper validation and balance checks
• Direct rental yield claims

Users can now manage the full investment lifecycle directly within each property view.

Membership Module Enhancements

The mobile Membership module now supports:

• Withdraw Membership
• Claim Membership benefits
