Platform & Product Development
Nexus Platform Enhancements
The Nexus platform received several upgrades designed to improve transparency, portfolio visibility, and operational control across the ecosystem.
Enhanced User Investment Insights : A new investment overview layer was introduced within user management, providing deeper insight into investor activity and asset allocation. The update introduces structured views for:
- Investment overview per user
- Property composition across holdings
- Detailed investment allocation
These improvements provide both users and administrators with a clearer understanding of portfolio distribution and overall investment exposure.
Pool Management Improvements : Pool management functionality was enhanced to support more efficient handling of liquidity and staking pools. These improvements strengthen the operational workflow for managing yield-related infrastructure across the platform.
Administrative Transaction Infrastructure : Administrative blockchain operations were upgraded by migrating RPC callbacks directly to Aptos infrastructure. This change improves transaction reliability and reduces dependency risks in administrative on-chain operations.
Historical Rental Yield Tracking : A new Last Year Claimed Rental Yield metric was introduced within the Nexus platform, enabling improved visibility into historical yield performance and long-term investment outcomes.
Explorer & Transaction API Optimization : Significant improvements were made to Explorer APIs and transaction data handling, reducing loading times and improving responsiveness when retrieving on-chain transaction histories.
Yield & DeFi Infrastructure
February saw substantial progress toward expanding the Propbase yield ecosystem through the completion of key farming infrastructure.
DEX Farming Completion : The Propbase DEX Farming system was completed across both user-facing and administrative interfaces. This milestone enables the creation, management, and participation in farming pools within the ecosystem.
Unified Yield Infrastructure : Backend architecture was restructured to unify Nexus and Staking services, creating a consolidated yield infrastructure. This integration ensures consistent reward calculations and smoother interactions between staking and farming systems.
Blockchain Transaction Reliability : Additional error-handling mechanisms were introduced across DEX and farming transactions, improving system resilience and reducing the likelihood of transaction failures during on-chain operations.
Backend & Infrastructure Development
The backend stack underwent several structural improvements to strengthen platform reliability, scalability, and operational visibility.
Nexus & Staking Integration – Phase 1 : The first phase of integration between Nexus and Staking systems was successfully completed. This milestone ensures better synchronization of staking activity, reward calculations, and portfolio data across the ecosystem.
Farming API Infrastructure : Full backend API infrastructure for the farming protocol was completed, supporting both user participation and administrative management of farming pools.
Administrative Verification Layer : A comprehensive verification layer was introduced across administrative actions to strengthen operational security and ensure appropriate validation before execution. Enhanced User Management APIs : User management APIs were expanded to support improved transaction exploration capabilities, including the ability to filter Explorer data by user-level identifiers. Mobile Platform API Expansion : New APIs were introduced to support the mobile platform, enabling functionality for:
- Token primary sale participation
- Wallet registration for property token offerings
- Investment tracking and token claim processes
Multi-RPC Reliability Architecture : Additional improvements were made to the platform’s multi-RPC fallback architecture, improving blockchain connectivity resilience and ensuring uninterrupted access to Aptos nodes across services.
Explorer Performance Optimization : Transaction and Explorer endpoints were further optimized to significantly reduce data retrieval latency and improve platform responsiveness.
Unified Backend Release : A consolidated backend release integrated several major services including:
- Nexus platform services
- Staking infrastructure
- Telegram monitoring system
- RPC reliability layers
This consolidation improves maintainability and operational monitoring across the Propbase ecosystem.
Telegram Monitoring Integration : Telegram notification infrastructure was introduced for staking applications, enabling automated monitoring and alerts for important blockchain and system events.
Blockchain Development
Propbase Farming Protocol
February marked a major milestone in the development of the Propbase Farming protocol.
The team completed the final set of technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and supporting materials required for external review. The Propbase Farming smart contract suite has now been submitted for external security audit, representing a critical step toward launch readiness.
This development expands the platform’s DeFi capabilities and introduces new yield-generation opportunities within the Propbase ecosystem.
Auto-Compounding Smart Contracts
Development began on the Auto-Compounding mechanism, designed to automatically reinvest earned rewards to maximize yield efficiency for users.
Key progress includes:
- Initialization of the auto-compounding smart contract framework
- Implementation of emergency safety mechanisms to ensure secure operational control
This system aims to improve capital efficiency and simplify yield optimization for platform participants.
Propbase Lend – Early Research Phase
Initial research and architectural discussions were initiated for Propbase Lend, a lending infrastructure designed to expand financial functionality within the ecosystem. The team is currently developing the foundational implementation strategy for this protocol.
Mobile Platform Development
Dynamic Announcements via Strapi CMS
The mobile application home screen was enhanced through integration with Strapi CMS, enabling dynamic management of announcements directly from the backend.
This upgrade allows the team to publish updates without requiring mobile app releases, significantly improving communication agility and operational efficiency.
Key improvements include:
- Dynamic announcement loading
- Real-time content updates
- Improved flexibility for platform communications
Primary Sale Participation on Mobile
A major milestone was achieved with the implementation of the complete Primary Sale workflow within the React Native mobile application.
This brings mobile functionality in line with the web platform, enabling users to participate directly in property token offerings.
Users can now:
- View property token sale details and progress
- Register wallets for participation
- Purchase tokens during whitelist and public sale rounds
- Track purchased token allocations
- Claim vested tokens after sale completion
- Navigate seamlessly between property details, sale participation, and trading views
This ensures full investment participation capabilities across platforms while maintaining synchronization with on-chain and backend systems.
Strategic Impact
February’s development cycle focused on strengthening the foundation of the Propbase ecosystem through deeper system integration, improved blockchain infrastructure, and expanded user investment capabilities.
With the Propbase Farming protocol submitted for audit, Nexus and staking systems integrated, RPC reliability improved, and mobile primary sale participation launched, the platform continues to advance toward scalable real-world asset tokenization.
Propbase remains committed to building a secure, transparent, and globally accessible real-estate investment platform on Aptos, combining decentralized finance infrastructure with real-world asset opportunities.
