Nexus
- Redesigned the property detail page, splitting the tab view into clean, easy-to-navigate sections.
- Added a Lost 2FA recovery flow to give users a secure way to regain access if they lose their device.
- Enhanced the sub-account experience with smoother flows and UI refinements.
- Introduced emergency stop and resume controls for pool activities, adding another layer of safety.
- Kicked off development of the Referral system (admin side complete, user side underway).
- Began work on the Governance module for future decentralized decision-making.

- Unified button design across the platform with a consistent square style for clearer interaction.

Mobile App Development Kicks Off 🚀
One of the biggest milestones this month is the official start of our mobile app development for iOS and Android. Until now, Propbase was only accessible through web — but we’re bringing the full experience straight to your phone.
The mobile app is being designed with a clean, intuitive interface to make it easier than ever to explore properties, invest, and manage your portfolio on the go.
Here’s what’s already in progress:
- Marketplace module with filters, card & list views, and smooth pagination.
- Membership tiers with tabbed layouts and simplified navigation.
- Profile & security features, including 2FA toggle, email OTP, authenticator support, and built-in KYC handling.
- FAQ module with accordion-style navigation and category listings.
- Fresh dashboard design with bottom tabs — currently being refined and benchmarked against leading finance apps like Coinbase.
This marks the beginning of a whole new phase for Propbase, opening the door for borderless real estate investing from the palm of your hand.
Blockchain Updates
August brought several important milestones on the blockchain side, strengthening Propbase’s foundation for multi-chain real estate investing:
- Built and tested the Referral Bonus smart contract, achieving 95.68% coverage and completing documentation.
- Successfully deployed PROPS on Ethereum, expanding token availability.
- Configured bridge connections across Base, Aptos, and Ethereum networks.
- Upgraded the Propbase Staking CLI to version 6.2 for improved functionality.
- Enhanced staking logic to properly manage excess rewards.
- Restructured Governance contracts, now reaching 65% test coverage.
- Delivered Panora API integration on-chain for smoother ecosystem connectivity.
