Frontend Enhancements

The frontend layer underwent several optimizations to improve performance, reduce blockchain dependency, and enhance overall user experience across key platform pages.

  • Property & Portfolio Experience Improvements :

Enhancements were made to the property detail page, focusing on performance optimizations and improved rendering efficiency. Additionally, the Portfolio Page within the property detail view was migrated from a blockchain-dependent structure to a database-driven model, significantly reducing load times and improving data consistency.

  • Platform-Wide Data Migration (Blockchain → Database) :

Core platform pages including the Home Page and Marketplace were transitioned from blockchain-dependent data fetching to database-driven architecture. This migration improves responsiveness, reduces RPC load, and ensures a smoother user experience across high-traffic areas.

  • Portfolio V2 Development :

A new iteration of the Portfolio page (Portfolio V2) was introduced, focusing on improved scalability, better data visualization, and enhanced user interaction with investment data.

  • Identity Verification Upgrade :

The frontend integration for identity verification was upgraded by replacing Sumsub with Veriff. This transition improves verification reliability and aligns with updated compliance requirements.

Backend & Infrastructure Development

The backend layer saw major improvements aimed at optimizing system performance, strengthening reliability, and improving maintainability across services.

System Optimization & Reliability

  • Critical Bug Fixes & Codebase Improvements

Key issues and inefficient patterns were identified and resolved, improving overall system stability and maintainability.

  • CRON Optimization (CRON_NEXUS)

Cron jobs were optimized to eliminate redundant RPC calls and duplicate verification processes. This significantly reduces unnecessary blockchain interactions and improves execution efficiency.

  • Multi-Context API Key Management

Aptos API keys (via Geomi) were segregated based on application context (cron, staking, nexus, GraphQL). This improves rate-limit handling, enhances security, and ensures better service isolation.

Data Architecture Migration

  • Blockchain → Database Transition (Core Pages)

Backend support was implemented for migrating key platform modules—including Property Detail Portfolio, Home Page, and Marketplace—from blockchain-dependent data fetching to database-driven systems. This reduces latency, improves scalability, and minimizes dependency on external RPC providers.

  • Portfolio V2 Optimization

Backend optimizations were introduced to support Portfolio V2, ensuring efficient data aggregation, faster queries, and improved handling of user investment data.

Identity Verification Upgrade

Backend services were updated to support the migration from Sumsub to Veriff, including API integration, verification workflows, and validation layers.

Blockchain Development

Significant progress was made in expanding the Propbase blockchain ecosystem, with advancements across lending, multisignature tooling, bridge infrastructure, and DeFi protocols.

Propbase Lend

Development progressed on the Propbase Lend protocol, introducing foundational components required for lending functionality within the ecosystem.

Key implementations include:

  • Administrative configuration functions for protocol control
  • Liquidity management functionalities
  • Core borrower logic, including borrow and repay mechanisms

This lays the groundwork for enabling decentralized lending within the Propbase platform.

Multisignature Infrastructure

A new internal multisignature management tool was developed to support secure transaction execution.

  • Multisign Tool Development :

A custom multisignature management system was implemented to handle transaction approvals and execution. This became necessary due to the discontinuation of msafe support on mainnet.

This tool ensures continued operational control and secure multi-party authorization for critical blockchain actions.

Propbase Bridge

Enhancements were made to the Propbase Bridge to align with updated cross-chain infrastructure requirements.

Updated DVNs to support the latest LayerZero flow

Resolved bridge issues, restoring stable and reliable functionality

These updates ensure seamless cross-chain asset transfers and improved interoperability.

Propbase DEX & Farming

The Propbase DEX and Farming ecosystem reached a major milestone in security and readiness.

  • External audit for DEX & Farming protocols was completed
  • All suggested fixes and improvements from the audit have been successfully implemented

This positions the farming and trading infrastructure closer to production readiness with enhanced security assurance.

Strategic Impact

This development phase focused on strengthening the platform’s technical foundation by reducing blockchain dependency, optimizing backend processes, and advancing core DeFi infrastructure.

With successful migration toward database-driven architecture, improved cron efficiency, upgraded identity verification, and major blockchain milestones—including lending, multisignature tooling, bridge stability, and audited farming protocols—Propbase continues to move toward a more scalable, reliable, and production-ready ecosystem.

The platform remains aligned with its vision of delivering a robust real-world asset investment ecosystem built on Aptos, combining performance, security, and decentralized financial innovation.
